Introducing 'boutTime for Windows

     For Microsoft Windows 3.1 users, 'boutTime for Windows is a truly
unique time calculator.  Not only does it calculate time, it converts time
into other units, such as speech.  The program includes a Time Zone Calculator
for determining time around the world and a Clock Calculator for calculating
clock times.

     This program consists of this file, readme.txt, and seven other files,
bouttime.exe, bouttime.hlp, country.tzt, city.tzt, file_id.diz, vendor.diz
and register.doc.  You may freely distribute the unregistered sharware version
of this program, provided it is not modified in any way and it is distributed
with the above eight files intact.  For more information, read vendor.diz.

     To run this program, copy the files bouttime.exe, bouttime.hlp,
city.tzt and country.tzt to the hard disk drive of your computer.  Start
Windows and from Desktop Run menu enter the path to the directory followed
by bouttime.exe.  For example, if you put the files in c:\temp, the entry
in Desktop Run would be c:\temp\bouttime.exe.

     To use this program beyond a trial period of seven days, it must be
registered.  The form, register.doc, is provided for this purpose and should
be mailed to:

        You are not obtaining title to the software or any copyright

        PC only and entitles users to the latest version of this software

        and documentation must be distributed without alteration.  No fees

        any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
        particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and
        specifically disclaimed.  Neither Prime:Time Software, nor anyone
        else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery
        of this software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential or
        incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such
        software, even if Prime:Time Software has been advised of the
        possibility of such damages or claims.  In no event shall Prime:Time
        Software's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for
        the license to use the software, regardless of the form of claim.
        The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and
        performance of the software.  Some states do not allow the
        exclusion of the limit of liability for consequential or incidental
        damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This
        agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington
        and shall inure to the benefit of Prime:Time Software and any
        successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or
        proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement shall be
        brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction
        located in Yakima County, Washington.  The parties hereby consent
        to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
